Host your event at Café Mia.
Birthday brunches, team off-sites, workshops, evening receptions. A photogenic Bushwick room you can have entirely.
Café Mia is available for private events. The room — emerald-velvet seating, cherry-blossom installation, pink-lit shelves — is one of the most photographed cafe interiors in Bushwick, and it's surprisingly versatile for events from 8 to 50 people.
What we offer
Buyout
Full-cafe rental during off-hours (mornings before 8 AM, or evenings after 6 PM). The entire room is yours.
Partial event during cafe hours
Reserve a section of the cafe for a smaller event during open hours. Cafe stays open to walk-ins; you have a defined area.
Evening event with the Stashmaster Loyalist Social Club
Use the space during evening Loyalist hours (6 PM – midnight). Includes the social club's bar program (wine, beer, cocktails).

- Seated: Up to 30 people comfortably
- Mixed seated/standing: Up to 45 people
- Standing reception: Up to 50 people

Food & drink options
Three formats:
- Cafe menu open — guests order at the counter, individual checks. Simplest, lowest cost.
- Pre-paid menu — host pays a flat per-person rate, guests order from a curated subset.
- Tasting / catered service — we plate everything ahead. Best for receptions and seated meals.
Pricing
Pricing depends on duration, format, and time slot. General ranges:
- Partial-cafe event during open hours: $200–$500 (food/drink minimum)
- Morning buyout (6 AM – 8 AM): $800 + food/drink
- Evening Loyalist Club rental (6 PM – 11 PM): $1,200–$2,500 + bar/food
- Full-day buyout: $3,500+
All pricing is custom based on your event. We'll send a proposal after a brief intake conversation.
How to inquire
- Email CafeMiaBk@gmail.com with: event type, date(s), expected guest count, format preferences, any constraints.
- We respond within 48 hours.
- If the date is available, we send a proposal and a contract.
- Standard 50% deposit to hold the date.
