If you're hosting a meeting, breakfast, or gathering in Bushwick or surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods, Café Mia caters. Our catering menu is intentionally simple — we don't run a separate catering kitchen, so what we offer is direct extensions of what we already make daily.

Pastry trays

Mixed assortments from our daily bake:

• Tray of 12 — $48
• Tray of 24 — $90
• Tray of 36 — $130

Mix is dealer's choice based on what's freshest that morning — typically croissants (butter, almond, chocolate), muffins, scones, and seasonal items. Custom mix available with 48-hour notice.

Coffee boxes

Coffee for groups, no equipment needed:

• 96 oz coffee box (drip) — $32. Serves 8–10 cups.
• 96 oz coffee box (cold brew) — $48. Serves 8–10 cups.
• Tea box — $28. Hot water + assorted teas for 8–10.

Cups, lids, milk (or oat milk), sugar, stirrers all included.

Matcha for groups

We can do up to 10 individual iced matcha lattes for a single pickup order. Anything larger requires planning — email us 48 hours ahead and we'll figure out logistics. Matcha is whisked per drink, so it doesn't scale to 50-person trays the way drip coffee does.

Breakfast sandwich orders

Group sandwich orders for offices or events:

• 10–25 sandwiches — 24 hour notice, $9 each (volume discount above 25)
• Mix of egg-and-cheese, egg-and-bacon, egg-and-sausage
• Vegetarian options available

Custom orders

For larger or unusual orders, email CafeMiaBk@gmail.com 48–72 hours ahead. We've done:

• Wedding-party morning-of breakfast
• Office monthly all-hands
• Birthday brunch trays
• Film-set craft service
• Workshop and class catering

Pickup vs. delivery

• Pickup at the cafe: Always available. Ready by your specified time.
• Local delivery: Within 1 mile of 1128 Broadway, $15 flat. We use a local courier.
• Wider delivery: GrubHub or DoorDash for individual orders. Catering deliveries beyond 1 mile by arrangement.

1. Email CafeMiaBk@gmail.com with: date, time, item list, delivery vs pickup.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a quote and confirmation.
3. Pay by card on the day, or send a deposit ahead for larger orders.
