Croissants, danishes, scones, muffins — baked in our kitchen each morning starting at 4:30 AM. Out of the oven by the time you arrive.
Most cafes don't bake their own pastries. We do — every morning, in-house, starting at 4:30 AM. By 8 AM the croissants are still warm, the danishes are out of the oven within the last 90 minutes, and the muffins have just set. This page is the full pastry menu and what we'd recommend with each.
Each season brings rotating items:
The case is fully stocked at 8 AM. By 11 AM on weekends, the most popular items (almond croissants, sticky buns in fall, danishes) often sell out. By 2 PM the case is thinner. By close (5 PM) the leftover items go to staff or get donated.
For specific pastries, come before 11 AM on weekends. For weekday browsing, anytime is fine.

We don't currently make a gluten-free version of our laminated pastries. We can offer gluten-free bread for sandwiches.
